Maxim Krasnov

Maxim Krasnov has over 20 years of experience in the software engineering field. Maxim started their career in 1996 as a Software Engineer at Niva Experimental Plant. In 1999, they became a Software Engineer at Pyaterochka Supermarket Chain, where they developed a supermarket commodity stock management system, integrating with cash registers using MS Access and VBA. In 2000, they joined AVIcode as a Technical Lead and Senior Software Engineer. Finally, in 2004 they joined VIAcode as the Director of Enterprise Services and the Enterprise Services Manager and Practice Leader, where they managed multiple distributed cross-functional Scrum teams and was responsible for business analytics and communication with business owners. At VIAcode they worked with the TyMetrix T360 SaaS-based Enterprise Legal Management software solution, which covers virtually every aspect of corporate legal services, including invoice processing, matter management, legal financial reporting and business analytics, B2B data exchange, customized business workflows, MS Outlook integration and mobile façade. The technologies used included .NET framework, C#, MS SQL Server, Windows Workflow Foundation, and SAP Business Objects.

Maxim Krasnov obtained their Master's degree in Computer Science from Saint Petersburg State University in 1996. Maxim also holds certifications from the Scrum Alliance as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), as well as a Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD) from Microsoft.
