Sayanti Samanta

Sayanti Samanta is a seasoned professional in operations management with extensive experience in the media and broadcasting industry. Currently serving as Manager - Operations at Viacom18 Media Private Limited since May 2022, Sayanti oversees content delivery management for the Sports 18 Network, including LIVE and both short and long-form content, along with digital playout operations and stakeholder management. Previously, as Assistant Manager - Business Operations at Sony Pictures Networks India, Sayanti managed postproduction facilities and business process management for multiple network channels. Earlier roles include Operations Manager at ESSEL VISION PRODUCTIONS LIMITED and Manager - Creative Services at Prime Focus Technologies, where responsibilities encompassed capital asset, vendor, and process management, as well as postproduction operations for major clients. Sayanti holds a Bachelor of Home Science from S.N.D.T Women’s University and has a strong educational background in communications and extensions.
