Nikita Aneja

Nikita Aneja has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Nikita currently holds the position of Head HR at Viacom18 Sports, starting in December 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Disney Star as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner from October 2018 to December 2021. Nikita also has previous experience at Edelweiss Financial Services, where they served as a Human Resources Business Partner from July 2016 to September 2018 and as a Manager in Talent Management, Campus Relations, and Strategic HR from July 2015 to July 2016. Additionally, they worked at Tata Motors as a Lead in Campus Recruitment & Employer Branding from July 2014 to July 2015 and completed a summer internship at the company in 2013. Nikita'searly career involved working as an Assistant Manager in Corporate HR at Godrej Industries Limited from July 2008 to February 2012.

Nikita Aneja completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Jai Hind College Entrepreneurship Summit in 2008. In 2009, they pursued a Management Development Programme from Indian Institute of Management, Indore. Later, in 2014, they obtained their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the Goa Institute of Management (GIM).
