Mr. Dozer has served as our Board’s independent Chairman since December 2014. Mr. Dozer was President of the Arizona Diamondbacks, a Major League Baseball franchise, from the team’s inception in 1995 until 2006, Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Phoenix Suns, a National Basketball Association professional basketball franchise, from 1987 to 1995, and President of Talking Stick Arena (formerly US Airways Center and America West Arena) from 1989 to 1995. Mr. Dozer is former CPA and served as an audit manager at Arthur Andersen, a global public accounting firm, from 1979 to 1987. Mr. Dozer was also Chairman of the Phoenix Office of GenSpring Family Offices, a wealth management firm for ultra-high net worth families, from 2008 to 2013. Mr. Dozer is a co-founder of and was the managing partner of CDK Partners, a real estate development and investment company, from 2006 to 2008. Mr. Dozer is a director and Chairman of the board of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona, a health insurance provider, as well as a member of its Finance and Audit Committees. He is also currently a director of Knight-Swift Transportation Holdings Inc. (NYSE: KNX), a provider of truckload transportation and logistics services, where he serves on the Audit and Finance Committees. Prior to its 2017 merger with Knight Transportation, Inc., Mr. Dozer was a director for Swift Transportation Company from 2008 to 2017, and Chairman of the Board from 2014 to 2017. He is currently a director and Audit Committee member of Cole Office & Industrial REIT (CCIT II), a public non-listed real estate investment trust. He also serves as Treasurer of the Greater Phoenix Convention and Visitors Bureau. Mr. Dozer possesses specific attributes that qualify him to serve as a director, including his experience in operations, management, sales, and marketing of large-scale live corporate and consumer events, his U.S. public company experience, as well as his extensive financial experience.
