Xavier Pouteau has extensive experience in project and customer success management across various technology domains. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Zaion since September 2020, Xavier acts as the single point of contact for domestic and international customers, focusing on text and speech-based bots in sectors such as retail and insurance while refining metrics for tech and business KPIs. Prior roles include Project Manager at Synchronoss Technologies, where Xavier managed software and service delivery projects for international telecom operators, and Senior Project Manager at OnMobile, leading complex international projects for major telecommunications clients. Additional experience includes positions at Telisma, Clarity, Nuance Communications, Pacte Novation, the Institute for Perception Research, and Thales, covering various aspects of project management, presales, and engineering. Xavier holds a PhD in Computer Science with a focus on Human Factors from Université Henri Poincaré.
