Estelle Métayer

Estelle M. is a professional in the field of information science with comprehensive experience in various roles related to libraries and documentation. Currently, Estelle holds the position of Responsable ad intérim de la Médiathèque d'Aigle at Commune d'Aigle and serves as Spécialiste en information documentaire at Ville de Sierre, both since March 2023. Previous positions include Promotrice at ASBI Sàrl from October 2019 to May 2023, and a brief stint as a Stagiaire universitaire at Archives de l'Etat du Valais in early 2023. Estelle has also gained valuable experience through internships at Bibliothèques municipales de Genève and Médiathèque Valais - Mediathek Wallis. Estelle earned a Bachelor's degree in Information documentaire from HEG from September 2019 to August 2022 and holds a Maturité gymnasiale from Lycée-Collège de l'Abbaye de St-Maurice, as well as a Certificat de fin d'études in harp studies from Conservatoire cantonal du Valais.
