Monique Piet

Monique Piet has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Monique started their career in 1991 as an Assistant Accountant AA-afdeling at Deloitte Nederland and worked there until 1994. Monique then moved on to NAHV Accountants | Belastingadviseurs, where they worked as an AA-Accountant/Relatiebeheerder from 1994 to 2001. Following this, Monique joined Kromhout, accountants en belastingadviseurs as an AA-Accountant/partner from 2002 to 2016. Monique then worked at Manifesto.nl as a Personal Accountant, externe CFO, en coach voor financiële managers bij onze leden from 2016 to 2022. Currently, Monique serves as the CFO at ViaEurope and also briefly held the position of Group Chief Financial Officer in 2022.

Monique Piet has a comprehensive education history in the field of accounting and taxation. Monique began their education at Hogeschool Markus Verbeek from 1990 to 1994, where they obtained a degree in SPD Bedrijfsadministratie. Later, they pursued further education and completed a program at Register Belastingadviseurs AA-CB Belastingadviseur from 2009 to 2010, earning an HBO+ degree in AA-CB Belastingadviseur. In 2002 to 2003, they attended College Belastingadviseurs for a program in AA-Belastingaccountant, specializing in Inkomstenbelasting, Successierecht, Vennootschapsbelasting/Dividendbelasting. Finally, from 1996 to 1999, they enrolled in the NOvAA Opleiding AA-Accountant and achieved an HBO+ degree in AA-Accountancy. Monique Piet has consistently pursued education in their field, demonstrating their commitment to professional development and expertise in accounting and taxation.
