César Soares dos Santos

César Soares dos Santos is an experienced Product Owner currently engaged in projects related to self-service bots utilizing the WhatsApp channel at Viaflow - Talentos & Tecnologia since October 2020. Prior to this role, César served as a Requirements Analyst, working with corporate clients in the insurance sector and as Agile Master in Primary Health Care projects, gaining valuable experience in project management and team alignment. Additional experience includes serving as an IT Support Specialist at 3AM IT Services for the Tribunal de Justiça da Paraíba and as a Business Analyst at QIX Soluções Computacionais, where strong communication skills facilitated client relations. César also worked as a Tester, validating requirements and ensuring product quality for small businesses. Earlier in their career, César was recognized as an outstanding professor of Informatics for Pronatec. César holds an Engineer's degree in Software Engineering from Centro Universitário de João Pessoa and a Licentiate degree in Computer Science from Universidade Estadual da Paraíba.
