Jeannie Doherty has worked in various roles in the hospitality industry since 2008. Jeannie began their career as a Food and Beverage Assistant at Seaview Tavern in Malin Head in 2008. In 2013, they moved to Beau-Rivage Palace Lausanne in the same role. In 2015, they joined Fairmont Le Montreux Palace as part of their Management in Training Program (MIT). In 2017, they became an Assistant Restaurant Manager at The Savoy. In 2018, they moved to FDM Group as an Account Executive. Currently, they are a Customer Success Manager at Viafoura.
Jeannie Doherty completed their Bachelor of Business Studies and Hotel Management at Shannon College of Hotel Management from 2011 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained their Leaving Certificate from Carndonagh Community School from 2004 to 2011. In addition, they also hold a certification in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from LinkedIn, which they obtained in March 2020.
