Jeannie Doherty has worked in various roles in the hospitality industry since 2008. Jeannie began their career as a Food and Beverage Assistant at Seaview Tavern in Malin Head in 2008. In 2013, they moved to Beau-Rivage Palace Lausanne in the same role. In 2015, they joined Fairmont Le Montreux Palace as part of their Management in Training Program (MIT).
