Lucas Paoliello

Lucas Paoliello has worked in various roles since 2011. Lucas began their career as a Junior Java Developer at Intelap, where they were responsible for Java development and process analysis. Lucas also trained new members in the team. In 2016, they moved to Sofrecom Argentina SA as a Senior Java Developer, where they worked on projects for Ford and Zurich and was responsible for migration from Toplink to EclipseLink, as well as project management, documentation, and testing. In 2017, they worked as a Senior Java Developer at IT Resources S.A., where they built microservices for Prisma and developed Santander Rio Home Banking. In 2018, they joined Globant as a Software Designer, where they built applications to manage and apply policies for JP Morgan, and later moved into roles as a Technical Manager and Software Architect. In 2021, they began working at Alkemy as a Java Mentor, coaching and mentoring groups to help them get their first job in the market. Finally, they are currently a Technical Manager at Viafoura.

Lucas Paoliello obtained an Engineer's degree in Systems Engineering from the Universidad Tecnológica Nacional between 2007 and 2013.
