Hans Heltzel

Hans Heltzel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. As Co-Founder of Viagem Hospitality Group since 2019, Heltzel has been instrumental in shaping the company's direction. Previously, Heltzel served as Chief Experience Officer at Textel from August 2021 to August 2023, and held multiple positions at Genesys, including SVP Worldwide Services, where responsibilities included overseeing the Interactive Intelligence Professional Services Organization and co-chairing the services integration team during a merger. Heltzel's career also includes significant roles at IBM as an Implementation Consultant and Target as Assets Protection Manager. Academically, Heltzel holds a Master’s degree in Information and Communication Sciences and a Bachelor’s degree in History & Criminology, both from Ball State University.
