Paulo Baiao

Paulo Baiao has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Paulo started their career in 1991 as a Plane PLANDA Monitor at Almada City Hall, where they focused on handball development in primary schools. Paulo then moved on to work as a Tourism Consultant at Air Club - Tour Operator from 1994 to 1996. In 1996, they joined Viagens Abreu, S.A. as the Middle Distance Department Supervisor, a position they held until 2013. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as the General & Contracting Manager at Viajes Sidetours LDA - Incoming Services in Portugal. In 2015, they returned to Viagens Abreu, S.A. as the Director Comercial / Director of Sales - Abreu América Latina. In 2020, they transitioned to the role of Head Buyer - Charter Operations & Destination Prospects at Viagens Abreu, S.A. Paulo Baiao has a strong background in sales, management, and tourism, with a particular focus on Latin America.

Paulo Baiao received their Graduation in Portuguese and Lusophone Studies from UNL - Universidade Nova de Lisboa - Faculty of Social and Human Sciences. Paulo attended this school from 1993 to 1999. Furthermore, from 2007 to 2010, they obtained a Spanish Language Certificate from the Spanish Institute of Languages, focusing on languages.
