Wesley Rios Grant

Wesley Rios Grant has a wealth of experience in various roles within the companies Viakable and Xignux. Wesley began their career in 1990 as a Quality and Process Engineer at FEMSA, Fabricas Monterrey, S.A. de C.V. From there, they held several positions at Xignux, Viakable, including Process and Industrial Engineering head, Manufacturing and Maintenance head, Process and Product Engineering Manager, Quality Assurance and Engineering Manager, and Sales, New Products Development and Logistics Manager. Wesley then progressed to more senior positions, serving as International Sales and Export Manager, International Sales and Export VP, and Vice President of Sales Operations. In 2018, they took on the role of Commercial Director at Viakable. Throughout their career, Wesley has focused on developing and executing commercial strategies, expanding into new markets, and driving growth and profitability. Wesley has also demonstrated strong leadership and expertise in areas such as sales, marketing, logistics, and export.

Wesley Rios Grant obtained a B.A. in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León in the years 1987 to 1991. Wesley later pursued higher education and earned an M.A. in Administration with a specialization in Finance from the same university from 1992 to 1996. In 2006 to 2008, Grant attended the Tecnológico de Monterrey and completed a Global Executive MBA in Global Business Administration.
