Mantas Rancovas

Mantas Rancovas has a wide range of work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Mantas began their career as an Assistant Accountant at Public Institution Tourism Development Institute in 2008 and later became a Manager at Car service "Tomo Autoservisas" from 2008 to 2013. From 2013 to 2013, they worked in Credit Management at Credit union "Naftininkų investicijos". In 2014, they served as a Transport Logistics Manager at Baltic Shipping Centre UAB. Following that, they worked at Distrelec Group from 2015 to 2016 as an Inbound Sales Inquiries & Telesales representative. From 2017 to 2020, they held the position of Production Operation Manager & Purchase at PartnerSec. Mantas then transitioned to SEB Global Services as an Accountant from 2020 to 2022. Afterward, they worked at iSun AG as a Financial Analyst from 2022 to 2023. Currently, they are a Financial Analyst at VIALET, starting in 2023.

Mantas Rancovas obtained a Bachelor's degree in the Faculty of Social Sciences from Vytauto Didžiojo universitetas, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained several certifications, including "Accounting: Principles of Financial Accounting" from IESE Business School in October 2020, "Project Management: The Basics for Success" and "Speak English Professionally: In Person, Online & On the Phone" from Coursera in September 2020. Mantas also holds certifications for Swedish language proficiency, including "Certificate of Swedish language B1.1" from ŠIAURĖS KRYPTIMI in March 2020, "Certificate of Swedish language A2.2" in August 2019, "Certificate of Swedish language A2.1" in June 2019, and "Certificate of Swedish language A1.2" in February 2019. Additionally, they obtained a certificate from the Klaipeda Coding School from Vilnius Coding School in July 2017.
