Andrew Narbutis

Andrew Narbutis is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in global people operations and technology. Currently serving as SVP and Head of Global People Operations at Vialto Partners, Andrew has previously held senior roles at Gilead Sciences as Executive Director of People Technology and Operations, and at Discover Financial Services as Director of Global HR Technology, Analytics, and Operations. Other notable positions include Principal Human Resources Consultant at BlueConstant Limited and Senior Director of Global HR Operations at Baxter Healthcare. Andrew is pursuing an M.S. in Information Management, Analytics, and Data Science from Syracuse University and holds a B.A. in Economics and Psychology from the University of Illinois Chicago.
