Cindi Koetzle M.ed Solopreneur

Cindi Koetzle M.Ed is a seasoned solopreneur with extensive experience in educational facilitation and change management. Currently serving as a Podcast Host and Faculty member at the Human Capital Institute since December 2017, Cindi leads participants through learning journeys on topics such as strategic planning and people analytics while also collaborating with corporate clients to optimize classroom experiences. As the Owner of Authentic Learning Solutions and an Airbnb, Cindi specializes in customizing training and communication plans, prioritizing "Progress over Perfection." Additional roles include Training Facilitator at Gild Collective, which focuses on closing the gender gap, and previous experience as a Change Management Specialist and Learning Consultant across various organizations. Cindi holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Development from Xavier University.
