James Clemence currently serves as the APAC CEO at Vialto Partners, a position held since April 2022. Prior to this, James spent over three decades at PwC, starting in January 1988 and culminating in May 2022 as a Partner in the People & Organisation - Global Mobility Services Practice. At PwC Hong Kong, James focused on leadership for the Asia Global Mobility Services practices, assisting clients with cross-border employee management by establishing optimal employment arrangements, remuneration packages, mobility policies, and ensuring tax and immigration compliance.
