Kat Carlo, CCP, currently serves as the VP and Global Head of Total Rewards at Vialto Partners since June 2022. Previously, Kat held the role of VP, Total Rewards & Corporate Officer at Rent The Runway, where significant contributions included designing an equity grant framework post-IPO and implementing fair pay adjustments. Experience with ADP involved leading the global compensation strategy across diverse regions, while at Sotheby's, Kat played a key role in transitioning the company to a privately held entity in terms of rewards and benefits.
