Divisional VP, Cross Media at Viamedia

Brad Boggs is the current Divisional VP of Cross Media at Viamedia. Prior to this, they worked as the Senior Director of Interactive Sales at Evening Post Industries from July 2013 to November 2017. In this role, they were responsible for digital development and revenue for the 2015 Pulitzer Prize-winning PostandCourier.com and the newspaper group of web properties. Under their leadership, gross operating profit grew by $500k+ with continued growth in digital revenue at a 10% pace annually and earning 20% of local market share in digital revenue.

Brad also led the transition of a new Content Marketing Agency acquisition, which included analyzing staffing requirements, on-boarding and training solutions, budgeting, forecasting, and fulfillment initiatives for a $1.5M division. In addition to this, they managed Sales, Fulfillment, and Operations teams including recruitment, training, performance feedback, succession planning, and mentorship. Brad also worked with more than two dozen vendors and partner affiliates to maximize revenue opportunities and identify new channels of revenue for the $7M Interactive Division.

At nationwide events, Brad represents Evening Post Industries and participates in panel discussions on topics ranging from industry trends to best practices for sales teams and management development. Brad also works closely with President, Publisher, and Corporate team on path to digital growth. In 2014, they were named 'Best of Digital' winner by Local Media Insider.

Brad Boggs has a Bachelor of Science in Communications from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Brad is certified by the Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce in Leadership Charleston and by SPIN - Service Process Improvement Network in Professional Selling Skills. Brad is also certified by BH Media Group in Leadership and Development and by Google in Social Marketing Tools.
