Paul Dwyer is the Co-Founder and CEO of Viamericas, a company that provides money transfer and payment services. Paul has over 25 years of experience in the finance and legal industries.

Dwyer started their career as a project attorney at InterAmerican Investment Corporation in 1990. Paul then worked as an associate at Rogers & Wells from 1993 to 1996. In 1996, they became a partner at Wilmer, Cutler & Pickering, where they worked until 2000.

In January 2008, Dwyer joined Plan USA as director. Paul served in this role for 12 years, until December 2020. During their time at Plan, they helped the organization grow into one of the oldest and most effective international development organizations.

Since founding Viamericas in 2001, Dwyer has been dedicated to helping people around the world send money to their loved ones quickly, safely, and affordably. Under their leadership, Viamericas has become a leading provider of money transfer and payment services, with millions of customers in the United States, Latin America, and the Caribbean.

Paul S. Dwyer, Jr. has a JD from Harvard Law School, an MALD in International Business from The Fletcher School at Tufts University, and a BA in Latin American Studies from Tufts University.
