Sally Hughes has extensive experience in leadership and management roles within various organizations focusing on reproductive and maternal health. Sally has held positions such as Regional Director, Country Director, Deputy Regional Director, and Interim Country Director in countries across Africa and Asia. Sally has also served as Chief Delivery Officer & Exec Director of HR at Viamo, with responsibilities in Francophone Africa, Anglophone West Africa, the Caribbean, and Asia. Sally's educational background includes a BA (Hons) in European Studies and Modern Languages, as well as certifications in leadership development and the role of a Non-Exec Director.
