Thibault Castagne

Thibault Castagne has a diverse work experience in various industries. Thibault is the Co-founder and CEO of Vianova since April 2019. In this role, Thibault leads the platform for managing urban mobility, partnering with cities and private mobility operators to enable a more sustainable future through better analytics. Before that, from November 2016 to March 2019, they were the Founder and CEO of Spark Horizon, a company focused on electric mobility.

Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, Thibault worked as a Senior Associate in Macro & Energy Investment at GZC INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT LLP from June 2015 to June 2017. Thibault also served as a Founding Partner & Investor at WUGO, a social startup, from July 2014 to December 2016.

Thibault gained valuable experience in the banking and finance sector with roles at HSBC Global Banking and Markets. Thibault worked as an Associate in Credit Portfolio Management & CVA Hedging from August 2014 to April 2015, and previously as a Quantitative Analyst & Developer in Exotic Credit & Fixed Income Derivatives from September 2011 to August 2014.

Additionally, Thibault gained internship experience as a Strategy Consultant Intern in Finance at Altime Associates from February 2011 to August 2011. Thibault also worked as a Supply Chain Junior Manager at Procter & Gamble in 2010. Thibault's work experience showcases their diverse expertise in mobility management, entrepreneurship, investment, finance, and supply chain management.

Thibault Castagne has a diverse education history. In 2006, they began their studies at INSA Lyon - Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Lyon, earning a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering in 2011. In 2010, Thibault attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where they pursued an Engineer’s Degree in the College of Engineering with a focus on Financial Engineering, completing it in 2011. Later on, in 2017, they enrolled in the University of St.Gallen and obtained an Executive Diploma of Advance Studies in Renewable Energy Management in 2018. Thibault's education background showcases a well-rounded knowledge base that spans across different fields within engineering and renewable energy management.
