Seann earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and has further enhanced professional qualifications with a Certificate in Project Management from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a Six Sigma Black Belt from Sigma Breakthrough Technologies, Inc. in 2008.
