Tonya Sible

Tonya Sible is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in organizational development and HR management. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Manager at Viant Medical since September 2020, Tonya has previously held HR management roles at Gator Cases Inc. and BÖLLHOFF Group, where responsibilities included legal compliance, recruitment, and benefits administration. Notable accomplishments include negotiating health care renewals and implementing successful attendance programs. Tonya has also contributed to community organizations, serving as a board member for the Cole Center Family YMCA and participating in the Kendallville Chamber of Commerce Economic Development Committee. Currently pursuing an MBA in Human Resources Development at the Indiana Institute of Technology, Tonya holds a BS in Management from Indiana Wesleyan University and certifications from SHRM.
