Job Description:
We are seeking motivated and experienced Licensed ACA Health Insurance Agents to join our team in this new work from home roll located in the Dallas/Fort Worth TX area. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) and a passion for helping clients navigate their health insurance options. This role involves educating clients about ACA plans, assisting with enrollment, and providing ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction in an inbound and outbound call environment.

Qualifications:
Valid health insurance license in TX, FL, PA, GA and/or OK (assistance will be provided for adding additional states if needed)
FFM Certification
In-depth knowledge of the Affordable Care Act and ACA health insurance plans
Proven experience in health insurance sales or customer service
Ability to work in an environment of high call volumes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency with computer systems and software, including CRM tools
