Job Description:

We are seeking motivated and experienced Licensed ACA Health Insurance Agents to join our team in this new work from home roll located in the Dallas/Fort Worth TX area. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) and a passion for helping clients navigate their health insurance options. This role involves educating clients about ACA plans, assisting with enrollment, and providing ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction in an inbound and outbound call environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Educate clients on ACA health insurance plans and options
  • Assist clients with the enrollment process and ensure accurate completion of applications
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the enrollment period and beyond
  • Stay current on changes to ACA regulations and policies
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities

Qualifications:

  • Valid health insurance license in TX, FL, PA, GA and/or OK (assistance will be provided for adding additional states if needed)

  • FFM Certification

  • In-depth knowledge of the Affordable Care Act and ACA health insurance plans

  • Proven experience in health insurance sales or customer service

  • Ability to work in an environment of high call volumes

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Proficiency with computer systems and software, including CRM tools
