Ethan Gerlach, M.S.

Ethan Gerlach, M.S., currently serves as an Intelligence Analyst at ViaPath Technologies since October 2022, where responsibilities include monitoring inmates and their communications at Montgomery County Correctional Facility. Previously, Ethan worked as a Public Records Analyst at Vertical Screen, Inc., focusing on analyzing and processing cases for pre-screen applicants from March 2021 to September 2022. Ethan also has experience in coaching swimming, having held positions as an Assistant Swim Coach with various teams, including Delaware Swim Team and The FISH Inc., from 2019 to 2021. Earlier career experience includes an Industrial Security Internship at the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation, where tasks supported the Workplace Solutions security team. Ethan holds a Master of Science in Criminal Justice Management and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, both from the University of Maryland Global Campus, along with an Associate’s Degree in General Studies/Paralegal from Prince George's Community College.
