Kayla Bell

Kayla is responsible for the growth and expansion of ViaQuest’s Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions division. Kayla leads the development team that oversees partnerships with SNFs, IDD providers, and key stakeholders. Under her leadership, the Psychiatric division has achieved exponential growth. She excels in identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions to improve clinical outcomes. Kayla is passionate about providing exceptional customer service to business partners and patients while driving innovation, productivity, and efficiency. She leads by example and “walks the walk” as she doesn’t ask her team to do anything she hasn’t done to propel the business and ensure every patient in need of psychiatric services has access to them.

Kayla lives in Powell, Ohio with her husband and three children – Saylor, Koa, and Poppy. She graduated from Capital University with a bachelor’s in psychology. Upon graduation she moved to Palo Alto, California for two years where she worked in Silicon Valley for an educational technology company. She also lived in Honolulu, (Waikiki), Hawaii for four years prior to moving back to Ohio to start a family.
