Grayson Delashmit

Grayson Delashmit is a Manufacturing Engineer at Viasat Inc., where responsibilities include overseeing the production and repair operations of the company’s largest capacity mobility antenna while managing inter-program projects to enhance production capacity. Prior experience includes serving as a Vibration Test Engineer at Applied Technical Services, LLC, focusing on testing and qualifying products for various industries, and working in customer engagement as a Fast Food Team Member at Chick-fil-A-Franchise. Grayson also has design internship experience at CKS Packaging Inc., where design of plastic bottle concepts took place, and Unistructures, Inc., where Solidworks skills were utilized to optimize design processes. Grayson earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Minor in Aerospace Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
