Guillermo Seminario

Guillermo Seminario is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Engineering Team Lead at Viasat Inc. since November 2022, Guillermo previously held positions as Tech Lead and Senior Consultant at Thoughtworks from November 2019 to November 2022. Prior to that, Guillermo was the Director of IT and Tech Lead at Méderic Ediciones and co-founded Sir Ideas, where a leadership role was also undertaken. Additional experience includes freelance software development and a full-stack developer role at Grupo Hostienda. Guillermo holds a Master's degree in Business Intelligence & Technology Innovation from EAE Business School and has furthered education in Agile IT Management, Scrum, LEAN, and DevOps, as well as earning an engineering degree in Computer Engineering from Universidad Nacional Experimental de Guayana.
