Kaitlin Tate

Kaitlin Tate is a seasoned professional in the field of learning and development, currently serving as Director of Learning and Development at ViaSat Inc. since October 2007, with previous roles as Learning and Development Manager and Education Specialist within the company. Prior to this, Kaitlin worked at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center from June 2004 to June 2007 as Training and Development Coordinator and Session Assistant I and II. Kaitlin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Santa Clara University and has completed executive education programs at Stanford University Graduate School of Business, including the Talent Leaders Summit and the Lead Program, Diverse by Design.
