Randi Brawner

Randi Brawner holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Human Resources from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo. Brawner served as a People & Culture Business Partner at Viasat Inc. from October 2017 to September 2020, supporting various departments, enhancing performance management, employee relations, and organizational development, and leveraging data for compensation analysis.
