Thomas R. Keegan

Thomas R. Keegan, CPA, currently serves as Manager of Corporate Compliance & Audit at Viasat Inc. since June 2012, after progressing through various roles including Associate Manager and SOX/Government Compliance Auditor. With extensive experience in compliance and auditing, Thomas previously held key positions at SAIC from October 2000 to May 2012, including Senior in Corporate Government Compliance and BU Compliance Manager, where responsibilities encompassed liaising with DCAA auditors and overseeing SOX compliance activities. Earlier career experience includes roles as Internal Auditor at Cubic, Jr. Accountant at CSC, and Intern at Moss Adams LLP. Thomas holds a BA in Accounting from the University of San Diego and graduated from Fallbrook High School.
