Dan Gunn

Dan Gunn is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in technology and community development. Serving as CEO of VIATeC since September 2000, Dan has also held the role of Director of Communications and I.T., contributing significantly to the growth of the technology sector in Greater Victoria by establishing an accelerator program and incubator space for startups. In addition, Dan is the CEO of VIATeC Properties Inc. and Co-Chair of the VIATeC Foundation, promoting entrepreneurship and innovation. Previous roles include Board Member at the Victoria Conservatory of Music, Chair and CEO of the BC Regional Science and Technology Network, and Publisher at Round Table Publishing. Dan's educational background includes a Bachelor of Commerce in Entrepreneurial Management from Royal Roads University and studies at Trent University.
