Elizabeth Harms

Elizabeth Harms, PHR, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various roles within the HR domain. Currently serving as the head of the HR department at VIATechnik, LLC, Elizabeth focuses on employee engagement and fostering a positive company culture for US and Polish operations. Previously, Elizabeth worked as a Human Resources and Operations Consultant at External Partners LLC, providing services in career coaching and labor law compliance. Elizabeth also served as a Manager and HR Business Partner at KPMG US, managing a team and supporting nearly 1,000 employees. Additional roles include advisory board membership at The Admin Awards, ownership of a boutique consulting firm, and leadership positions in organizations such as Noble Energy and the Children's Outreach Project. Elizabeth holds an Associate of Arts degree in Mass Communication/Journalism from St. Louis Community College and has furthered education at Metropolitan State University of Denver.
