Nikki Chan's work experience begins in 2007 as an Administrative Assistant/Sales Support at Classic Graphics. In 2011, they moved to CELGARD where they worked as a Sales Operations Specialist and Sales Associate until 2014. From 2014 to 2017, Nikki worked at Intelligent Buildings, LLC as a Sales Associate and Recruiter. In 2017, they joined TierPoint as a Sales Support Associate. From 2018 to 2021, Nikki worked at Willow as an Engagement Manager, Recruiter, and Client Services. They then moved to Infogrid in 2021, holding roles as a Senior Customer Success Manager and a Customer Success Lead. Nikki is currently working at VIATechnik as a Customer Success Lead, starting in 2023.

Nikki Chan attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte from 2004 to 2006, studying Sociology and Gerontology. Before that, from 2002 to 2004, they attended Lenoir-Rhyne University, focusing on Occupational Therapy.
