Dimitris Chrysafinos

Dimitris Chrysafinos currently holds the position of Sr. Director and Global Strategic Sourcing Leader at Viatris, a role undertaken since April 2025. Prior to this, Dimitris served at Idorsia Pharmaceuticals Ltd from November 2017 to April 2025 in various capacities including Senior Director and Director of Global Strategic Sourcing. Experience also includes a tenure at the National Cadastre & Mapping Agency S.A., where a significant contribution was made as Project Superintendent overseeing an international digital mapping project. Earlier career highlights include work as a GIS/Engineering Consultant, with extensive experience in small-scale GIS consultancy, and a role as Geomatics Engineer at Geotech Ltd. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Geodesy and GIS from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, an MBA from NTUA & AUEB, and a Master's degree in Surveying Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens, alongside a certification in Data Science from UDACITY.
