Erika Maurer

Erika Maurer is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management across various sectors. Currently serving as the HR Director for Viatris since November 2020, Erika has played a vital role in shaping the company's global healthcare initiatives. Previous positions include HR Director at Mylan, Human Resources Manager at Vyera Pharmaceuticals, and HR Business Partner at both Julius Baer and UBS, among others. Erika began a career in human resources as an HR Business Partner at Eurocard/Telekurs and has steadily advanced through a series of significant roles. Erika holds a Master of Advanced Studies in Human Resources from IAP Zürich, completed in 2004.
