Koushik Saha

Koushik Saha, CSM®, currently serves as the Global Omnichannel Product Manager at Viatris since February 2022, focusing on product roadmap development, business requirement documentation, and backlog grooming. Prior to this role, Koushik worked at Eli Lilly and Company from January 2018 to January 2022, holding positions such as Group Lead, Exe. Project Specialist, and Sr. Project Specialist, where numerous digital marketing campaigns and promotional materials were created, utilizing Veeva Vault for content approval. Koushik's earlier experience includes roles at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Tata Consultancy Services, and Infosys BPO, involving marketing communication, process management, and call center performance oversight. Koushik holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry, Physics, and Math from Rishi Bankim Chandra College, a Diploma in Software Technology from CMC Computer Education, and an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration from ICFAI Distance Education.
