Marcela Sanchez Zaldivar

Marcela Souza is an emerging professional currently serving as a Sales Development Representative intern at PIN Pesquisa e Inovação, where responsibilities include client prospecting, lead qualification, opportunity generation, and KPI analysis. Previous experience includes a Customer Success internship at Realtec Solução em Gestão, focusing on problem resolution and SQL database management, as well as teaching Linguistics at the Cursinho Popular for students preparing for ENEM and vestibular exams. Marcela also led the Flores do Cerrado project at the Universidade Federal de Viçosa, which aimed to empower women with family histories of substance abuse. Additionally, as the Administrative, Legal, and Financial Director for Enactus UFV CRP, Marcela successfully reorganized the institution’s financial management, enhancing transparency and resource acquisition. Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering at Universidade Federal de Viçosa, Marcela's experiences highlight a commitment to team collaboration, communication enhancement, and process optimization.
