Omer Kaya

Omer Kaya is an experienced professional in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Director and Device Program Lead at Viatris since January 2020. Previously, Omer held various leadership roles at Novartis from October 2016 to January 2020, including Quality Operations Manager and Quality Control Manager. Prior to that, Omer's tenure at Sandoz spanned nearly nine years, where positions included Solid Production Manager and Packaging Process Engineer. Omer began the career as a Production Engineer at Zentiva from December 2005 to December 2007. Omer holds a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from the Middle East Technical University, earned in 2007, and a Bachelor’s degree in the same field from the same institution, completed in 2003.
