Tim Blackburn

Tim Blackburn, PhD, PE, currently serves as the Head of Global Quality, Learning and Continuous Improvement at Viatris since November 2020, where responsibilities include overseeing quality initiatives and continuous improvement efforts. Previously, Tim held the position of Director of Operational Excellence and Support at Upjohn from January 2019 to November 2020. Tim's extensive career at Pfizer spanned from January 1992 to January 2019, featuring roles such as Director of Inspection Readiness Lead and Regional Operations Lead for the Americas. Tim's educational background includes a PhD in Systems Engineering from The George Washington University, an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
