Venumadhav Madamanchi CPSM CSCP currently serves as the CPO & Head of Global Strategic Sourcing and Procurement at Viatris, a position held since April 2021, where leadership in global sourcing initiatives has maximized value for business units while managing a significant global spend. Previously, Venumadhav was the SVP & Global Head of Strategic Sourcing & Procurement for Direct Materials & Scientific Services at Viatris, driving efforts that generated over USD 350 million in synergy value and negotiating key agreements for COVID relief medicine production. Prior experience includes extensive roles at Mylan, where Venumadhav managed a global spend of USD 2.1 billion, and Perrigo Company plc, leading strategic sourcing for APIs. Venumadhav’s educational background includes an MBA in Operations Management from the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and a B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Warangal, along with a CPSM in Procurement from the Institute of Supply Management.
