Raye Rivera

Raye Rivera is an experienced QA Manager with a strong background in quality management across multiple industries. Currently at VIAVI Solutions since October 2025, Raye oversees product and incoming material quality while supporting the Quality Management System. Previously, Raye held QA Manager positions at Spirent Communications, Canoga Perkins, Emerson, and Reliant Manufacturing, managing product quality, process conformance, and quality systems including ISO-9001. Additionally, Raye served as Quality/Engineering Manager at RPM Technology and Richmond American Homes, focusing on quality assurance and training development. Raye's career started as an Industrial Engineer at Raychem, followed by a role as Team Leader at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and Quality Manager at Agilent Technologies. Raye holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering & Operations Research from the University of California, Berkeley.
