Eshwar Raj

Eshwar Raj is an experienced IT professional currently serving as an ICT Service Desk member at VIB since December 2021, providing IT support to firm VIPs and specializing in Microsoft Azure - 365 and Endpoint Manager. Prior experience includes roles at Tata Consultancy Services, where Eshwar worked as an IT Support Specialist and Service Delivery from February 2017 to December 2021, managing hardware IMAC and break-fix services, as well as offering support for server and network devices. At Cargill, Eshwar held the position of Technical Architect from March 2015 to February 2017, focusing on market data systems and real-time data feeds. Earlier experience also includes a role in the Information Technology Service Desk at Tata Consultancy Services from March 2013 to March 2015, with knowledge in SCCM and ITIL guidelines. Eshwar holds an MBA in Information Technology from Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology and a BSc in Computer Science from Osmania University.
