Leen Goemaere

Leen Goemaere is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in accounting and project management. Currently serving as a Finance & Project Officer at VIB since July 2021, Leen previously held the position of Financieel & IT Coördinator at MFC Styrka, where responsibilities included financial reporting and budget management. Prior roles include Teamleader Accounting & Reporting at ABN AMRO Private Banking and Société Générale Private Banking nv, overseeing accounting functions and team coordination. Leen began a career at Kantoor Vanden Berghe and later continued at liberoo, managing client files and providing personalized financial advice. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Handelswetenschappen from HOGENT and a degree in Fiscale Wetenschappen from Fiscale Hogeschool Brussel.
