Jeff Pascoe

Jeff Pascoe has extensive work experience in the banking and credit union industry. Jeff is currently serving as the Chief Data and Digital Officer at Vibe Credit Union since December 2022. Prior to this, Jeff held the position of Vice President of Digital Services and Payments at Vibe Credit Union from January 2019 to December 2022.

Before joining Vibe Credit Union, Jeff worked at Oakland County Credit Union as the Director of Member Operations from January 2018 to January 2019. Jeff also served as the Member Contact Center Manager at Oakland County Credit Union from October 2014 to January 2018, where they were responsible for delivering exceptional service to members through various electronic channels.

Jeff's earlier experience includes working at JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the retail banking sector from September 2008 to October 2014. Jeff also worked at Quicken Loans/One Reverse Mortgage as a Senior Mortgage Banker from June 2005 to August 2008.

Jeff Pascoe completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Michigan State University, where they studied from 2001 to 2005. Later, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Northwood University - DeVos Graduate School, from 2015 to 2017.
