Philip Hindley has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Philip worked as the Head of Team & Culture at Vibe Teacher Recruitment since September 2014, where their main focus was on developing the company's culture and inspiring the team to maximize performance. Prior to that, they held various roles at BCA (Berkshire College of Agriculture) from 2006 to 2014, including Director/Assistant Principal of Quality Assurance, Performance & Improvement, Head of Sports Department, and Senior Lecturer in Sport & Public Services. At BCA, they implemented systems to ensure high standards and improve communication. Before joining BCA, they worked as the Entry to Employment Coordinator at North Notts College from 2003 to 2006.

Philip Hindley completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Sport & Recreation Development from Leeds Beckett University from 2000 to 2003. Philip then pursued a Post Graduate Certificate in Education in Post Compulsory Education & Training from Sheffield Hallam University from 2004 to 2006. Philip later obtained a Master's degree in Professional Development from Buckinghamshire New University from 2009 to 2010.
