Hitesh Yadav

Hitesh Yadav's work experience begins in 2009 as a Software Developer at Successive Softwares. From 2010 to 2013, they worked as a Developer at Allstate and later as a Software Engineer at Syntel, where they led a team in various projects involving data migration and custom solutions using Ab Initio. In 2013, they joined Cognizant Technology Solutions as an Associate, also working with Ab Initio for projects in risk management and finance. From 2013 to 2015, they worked at JPMorgan Chase as a Developer, contributing to projects related to data reporting and obfuscation. In 2015, they joined Exusia, Inc. as a Managing Consultant and later as a Director, focusing on setting up and managing Ab Initio servers and cloud infrastructure, as well as guiding teams in ETL platform development. From 2020 to 2022, they served as a Principal Software Engineer at Discover Financial Services, responsible for modernizing enterprise-wide data assets using cloud-based architecture and integrating on-premise and cloud workflows. Currently, Hitesh is employed at Vibes as a Principal Data Engineer, where they have achieved significant reductions in credit utilization and data ingestion latency through various implementations involving AWS Lambda, snowpipe streaming, and self-managed Kafka Connect cluster.

Hitesh Yadav completed their Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2022 to 2024. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Computer Science from Priyadarshini College Of Computer Science from 2004 to 2008. Hitesh also attended Kendriya Vidyalaya from 1992 to 2004, where they studied physics, chemistry, biology, and maths. In addition to their formal education, Hitesh holds certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in 2023, PCEP – Certified Entry-Level Python Programmer from OpenEDG Python Institute in 2021, and various other certifications in Python programming and cloud computing.
