José Guilherme Costa

José Guilherme Costa is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in tax law and corporate legal management. Currently serving as the Legal Director of Tax and Corporate Affairs at Vibra Energia since August 2021, José supports various legal departments and reports to the Vice President of Legal, Audit, and Compliance. Previous roles include Legal Manager of Tax and Regulatory Affairs at BR Distribuidora for over 16 years, where responsibilities encompassed administrative and judicial tax consultations and litigation. José is also a guest professor at PUC-Campinas and a partner in the "Tributário em Jogo" initiative. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Finance, Taxation, and Development from UERJ and multiple postgraduate degrees in Tax Law and Public Law from prestigious institutions.
