Michelle Sadler

Michelle Sadler, MPA, FACHE, serves as the Director of Quality at Vibra Healthcare since May 2019, bringing extensive experience in healthcare operations and management. Previous roles include Director of Operations at Consolidated Laboratory Management Systems, where Michelle developed operating protocols for a joint venture laboratory, and Director of Customer Services and Support at SaTech Services, overseeing customer experiences and data analysis. Additional experience includes leading operational development at Doctors' Hospital of Michigan and managing physician relations at Beaumont Health System. Michelle's educational background includes a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from Oakland University, along with an Associate of Science degree in Nuclear Medicine from Oakland Community College.
